Financial Policies
Pain Care of San Diego participates in many health care plans, including Medicare, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, CIGNA, and Aetna. Also, our Physical Rehab Dept accepts some HMO plans. Our staff is experienced in Worker’s Compensation claims and also personal injury cases.
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards for payments. We also offer Care Credit for financing.
Information Required for an Office Visit
It is your doctor’s office responsibility to provide the following:
- Patient demographics, contact number and copy of insurance card.
- Pertinent medical progress notes and reports.
- Reports of diagnostic studies (MRI, CT, X-Ray, EMG/NCV)
